DiNi currently has an on-going contract with NYC DoITT together with their technology partners Unisys, Adtech and Verint to provide a Workforce Management (WFM) Solution and maintenance for the NYC 3-1-1 Program.
DiNi team of consultants initiated this project by coordinating and facilitating the configuration solution design process by presenting an initial system overview to educate all participants in the implementation process on the functionality of the licensed products and options.
Once the solution was proposed to DoITT, DiNi provided the Configuration Solution Design document to them including Business Configuration, Technical Architecture, Environment Plan, and Technical Configuration of the Hardware and Software for the WFM installation and its maintenance. After the hardware and software installation and testing is completed, DiNi will conduct courses with a Train-the-Trainer approach that prepares 3-1-1 staff to complete ongoing training.
